Our guide for a full or complete renovation is typically around $18,000 (GST Incl) at the lower end and $30,000 (GST Incl) at the higher end. However, If you are looking for a partial renovation or makeover, then yes, $10,000 is realistic. A partial renovation might include swapping out the old fittings like the vanity, toilet suite and shower screen for new ones but typically does not include removing and installing new tiles.

Yes, we hold a renovators license in New South Wales (Lic No 370503C) and are fully licensed and insured to carry out any bathroom and laundry renovation works. Further, our license and insurance allows us to carry out works in strata buildings.
